Meet the Team

A former prosecutor, Tyler serves as Ward + Associates Principal Attorney. Upon graduation from Vermont Law School, Tyler began his career in private practice in Concord, New Hampshire before returning to Kentucky to serve as a law clerk for a Justice of the Supreme Court of Kentucky. A member of the Kentucky, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont bars, Tyler owned an actual bar, The Thirsty Heifer, in Whitesburg, Kentucky. An accomplished tenor, Tyler is a Francophile of the first order. He lives in Whitesburg with his dog, Louis, a Great Pyrenees.

After working in health care, criminal justice, and public education, Liberty has seen just about everything. Prior to joining Ward + Associates in 2018, Liberty most recently served as coordinator of the Farm-to-School program for Perry County Public Schools.

The law runs deep in Suzanne. Her father practiced law and served as Commonwealth’s Attorney for many years. After assisting him for more than a decade until his retirement, she joined the team at Ward + Associates to take care of our clients. She knows what clients need because unfortunately, Suzanne lost her husband due to another person’s negligence. She brings that life experience and true compassion and empathy to her job helping clients every day.
